Let Me Introduce Myself

Hi, I'm Nellie the Knittin' Nut - or at least that's how my best friends refer to me. They're right, of course - I could probably safely say I'm obsessed with knitting! I thoroughly enjoy knitting for profit, knitting for charity, knitting for friends and family. (In fact, you might enjoy visiting my other site on .)

I'm NEVER just sitting still -- sitting in front of my computer, watching a movie with my hubby, even driving (as a passenger, of course!) in a car, my knitting is ALWAYS on my lap, or in my bag beside me.

I sold my first knitted item 17 years ago, and I've never looked back. Okay, okay, it was to my mother... but you know what? She gave that sweater as a gift to a friend -- who then special-ordered three more of them from me. Suddenly, I was earning money knitting -- and loving it!

But I was a bit of a pioneer in those days -- there weren't any home-based knitting businesses that I knew of. So I had to start 'from scratch' figuring out everything I needed to know about knitting for profit. Now I want to share all of that with you!

What You'll Find Here...

In short, you'll find the answers to ALL of your questions about knitting for profit -- how you can build a unique 'niche' business for yourself, the variety of knitting projects you can do, what kinds of yarn are best to use, how to save a ton of money -- and much, much, more! So let's have fun earning money knitting together...
